Pearl Abyss collects the following personal information. 
Please read the details regarding the items of personal information collected through reports, the purpose of collection and use, and the retention period, and give your consent.

Items of Personal Information Collected (Required)
- Email address
- PC Environment Information: The hardware specifications of the device running the game (including CPU, RAM, graphics card, and OS version)
- Error Information: Records of errors that occurred during game execution (including error dumps, error logs, in-game screenshots, and save data)
- Platform ID

Purpose of Collection and Use
 - To resolve and support errors and bugs

Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
 - 6 months after report submission

※ Please ensure that only information necessary for verifying the bug or error is included in your submission.
※ The platform ID you submitted will be used to help diagnose the exact cause of the error. If the issue cannot be identified through internal analysis alone, the ID information may be shared with and cross-checked with the platform provider to further verify and resolve the issue.
※ You have the right to refuse the collection of the above personal information. However, in that case, you will not be able to submit reports for bugs or errors.
※ Any matters not specified in this “Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information” are governed by the company’s “Privacy Policy”.
