Pearl Abyss collects the following personal information.

Items of Personal Information Collected (Required)
- Email address
- PC Environment Information: The hardware specifications of the device running the game (including CPU, RAM, graphics card, and OS version)

- Error Information: Records of errors that occurred during game execution (including error dumps, error logs, in-game screenshots, and save data)

Purpose of Collection and Use
 - To resolve and support errors and bugs

Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
 - 6 months after report submission

※ You have the right to refuse the collection of the above personal information. However, in that case, you will not be able to submit reports for bugs or errors.

If you sent your report via Pearl Abyss Error Reporting System (PERS), please provide the unique ID assigned to you by the system when submitting the report.

Please select which of the three playable characters you were using.
You do not need to provide this information if you submitted your report through the Pearl Abyss Error Reporting System (PERS)
If you are a PC/MAC user and selected Technical Issues or Performance, please provide your hardware specifications, including your CPU, GPU, RAM, and the type of display you are using.
Please describe the issue you experienced, including when and how it occurred.
The more details you provide, the faster we can identify and resolve the problem.
