In connection with the Beyond the Abyss: Community Challenge video event, Pearl Abyss Corp. may collect and use your likeness information, including your face and voice (hereinafter, “Likeness Information”). Please read the following carefully and provide your consent.

■ Collection and Use of Likeness Information (Face, Voice, etc.)
 - Company collecting/using the information: Pearl Abyss Corp.
 - Purpose of collection/use: To create and use content related to the Beyond the Abyss: Community Challenge video event and related programs, as well as for company promotion and other related materials (including announcements, videos, etc.).
 - Method of use: Pearl Abyss Corp. may use, publish, broadcast, or otherwise publicly transmit images, audio recordings, or videos containing participants’ likeness information through its website, social media channels, internet broadcasting platforms (such as YouTube), and related websites, including live public broadcasts.
 - Retention period: No time limit (indefinite).
 
※ Important: You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of your likeness information. However, if you refuse consent, it may be difficult or impossible to participate in the Beyond the Abyss: Community Challenge video event.
By submitting an entry, participants represent and warrant that the submitted work is their own original creation, does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, and that they have lawfully obtained all necessary permissions and consents for any materials or individuals included in the entry.
You must participate using the same full name as written in your passport. If this requirement is not met, your eligibility or winnings may be revoked.
Please enter your email address so we can contact you if additional verification is required or to provide guidance after winning. Your email will be used solely for notification purposes and will not be used for any other purpose or shared with third parties.
