Submitting an event proposal might get you support from a GM's surprise event?!

* Event proposals must be sent at least 2 weeks before the event day to be eligible for support.

* After review, a notification will be sent via Discord.

Family Name Please submit your Family name.

Streamer Name Please submit your streamer name.

Channel URL Please submit your streaming channel address.

Event Schedule Please enter the date and time of the event.

Expected Number of Participants Please enter the number of participants you expect.
* Number of event participants is required for event support. Please enter an approximate number of participants.

Event Details Please submit the details of the event you wish to proceed with (event theme, server, location, event activity, etc.).

- Collected Information: Family Name, Streamer Name

- Purpose of Collection: Tasks related to event management, including event support and reward distribution

- Retention Period: 3 months after the collection
